The Learning & Development (L&D) business unit aims to develop a capable, confident and collaborative workforce by integrating lived experience, practice wisdom and latest research into quality services that help people gain better mental health and improve the quality of their lives. L&D is responsible for supporting Mind’s workforce, Recovery College and Family & Carers through coordinating a comprehensive learning calendar, developing and delivering practice skills training and managing learning projects.
We are seeking a creative, high performing eLearning Developer for a permanent, part time (19 hours per week) opportunity in the Heidelberg area. With from home options, you will assist with delivery of quality workshops and course development of blended training materials including eLearning, storyboarding, virtual instructor led training (VILT), videos and multi-media platforms.
