The Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) service is a residential program providing support to youth aged 16-25 years and adults aged 25-65 years in a home-like environment. The service works within a recovery focused and clinical treatment framework using partnership expertise of Mind and the Health Service. PARC is designed as a ‘step up, step down’ program for people with mental ill health who require individualised treatment and support entering either directly from the community or as a transition from acute inpatient care.
We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated Lead Practitioner - Family Engagement Worker for a permanent, full time (38 hours per week) opportunity to work with a close knit team in the Frankston area. You will ensure the best outcomes for clients by providing integrated, individualised services and practice leadership in the delivery of the psychosocial rehabilitation, recovery programs and services in line with Mind’s My Better Life model.
