Momentum Collective is a registered charity and not-for-profit community services organisation creating inclusive opportunities and positive outcomes. We have a proud 40-year track record operating in a suite of services including disability accommodation and support, mental health, homelessness, community housing, family and domestic violence, child family and community services.
Due to internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced manager for the operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services to ensure they provide quality person-centred services. You will also lead and manage a team of dedicated coordinators and support workers, assisting them to implement best practise approaches to supporting clients to build their capacity and achieve their identified goals.
You are looking to join an innovative team to provide leadership to our NDIS Assisted Living Services in South East QLD portfolio. You will have a background in Disability and working with marginalised communities and with clients who have complex disability support needs. You have good knowledge of NDIS funding, Roster of Care and thrive in a fast paced environment. You strive to empower others and enjoy the business development part of the role.
