About the Role and You

We are currently seeking an innovative and motivated Psychologist (Grade 3) to join our Primary Care Support Team. Ideally we would like to recruit a full time Psychologist 5 days per week (1.0EFT), but will also consider part time applications. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team, providing evidence based psychological assessments and treatment to clients, particularly those who present with chronic and/or complex health conditions, including high prevalence mental health needs.

You will be part of a large, supportive team which provides holistic and client centred care for the clients of Monash Health Community. Secondary consults, individual assessments, reviews and care plans are core tasks. Participation in continuous quality improvement activities and providing clinical supervision is also components of the role. You will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and possess strong organisational, delegation and communication skills.
