Applications are invited for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to lead the multidisciplinary team to provide services for people in assessment, counselling, non-residential withdrawal services, youth outreach, youth supported accommodation and the Aboriginal Metropolitan Ice Partnership. Counselling includes both standard and complex presentations, forensic clients either self-referred or referred through ACSO COATS and clients identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to our Aboriginal Metropolitan Ice Partnership.
This position will also maintain a counselling case load of standard and complex counselling clients meeting at least 11 courses of treatment each month.
The position is also required to monitor and liaise with SECADA Services to ensure the effective running of this consortium to the best of the positions ability. The role will also provide support to the Director Clinical Operations and other team leaders maintaining a board understanding of the needs of the service as a whole. Monthly reporting is required to the Director of Clinical Operations of operational management and financial progress to all cost centres within the responsibility of this role along with monthly and quarterly monitoring of KPI’s.
The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality, accessible, holistic health care services; using consumer feedback in its development and review.
