The Opportunity

Are you a visionary leader driven by sustainability and climate action? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Sustainable Corporates to spearhead transformative projects that drive companies towards net zero emissions.

  • Impactful Projects: Lead collaborative initiatives with companies, financial institutions, government bodies, and NGOs to establish best practices and trigger early action for net zero transitions.
  • Expert Leadership: Utilise your exceptional research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills to provide expert advice and manage small, dynamic project teams.
  • Strategic Influence: Translate complex research into actionable recommendations, influencing senior-level audiences and driving long-term systemic change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage research and engagement projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research, manage project partners, and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and deliver influential presentations and publications, often in collaboration with our Communications team.
  • Design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to amplify project impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across academia, NGOs, business, and government.
  • Support business development activities and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Directly supervise up to two staff and manage small project teams.

To succeed in this role you’ll bring:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or extensive project management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead projects with autonomy and manage complex issues.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of climate science, carbon accounting, ESG reporting, and sustainable finance.
  • Experience in climate policy development and corporate sustainability strategy.
