The Opportunity

Join a team whose focus is making a difference in the world and manage the design and implementation of an improved intranet/portal.

In this pivotal role you will manage all aspects of the design process, including engagement with users, running workshops, prototyping designs and managing the relationship with developers and other subject matter experts. You will also ensure there is a strong focus on user experience, accessibility, good design and alignment with core system requirements.

Success in this role will require you to be an expert in current UX principles and methodologies. Exposure to intranets, portals and extranets would be an advantage as would experience or knowledge of process automation and online forms.

A team player, you will work closely with the Communications and Operations teams, Monash IT and other external stakeholders and also developers. Agile methodologies in action will be an integral feature of this role as you participate in daily stand ups, scrums and running design sprints.

The position also works closely with the Knowledge Impact Manager to support the selection of a web-based platform and assist in preparations for training and launch in early 2023.
