If you answered yes, then this is the role for you.
Resilience Circle is a new concept store and part of the Women's Resilience Centre. Our aim is to raise much needed funds selling high quality fashion and homewares. All proceeds go to the Women's Resilience Centre to assist women to recover after being impacted by domestic abuse and trauma.
We specialise in quality recycled fashion and homewares but what sets us apart is that we are also a referral hub for women who are looking for assistance.
We are looking for happy, compassionate people who can work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings when required. Currently we trade 7 days a week and occasionally on some evenings. Hours and days of work would vary weekly. Minimum shifts are 3 hours (with the exception of meetings).
You would be required to undertake trauma training (this can be done online or face to face approx 30mins), and a police check.
Your role would include serving customers, pricing & displaying stock, sorting donations, and keeping the shop clean and tidy. It would also involve referring clients to the Centre or other appropriate avenues, which you will be trained in how to do properly and with trauma sensitivity.
If you fit this role description, experience and interest, please submit your cv via the "Apply Now" button.
