As our Volunteer Social Media Coordinator, you will take the lead in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand and raises awareness of the vital work we do to help women recover from domestic abuse and break intergenerational cycles of violence. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, including graphics and reels, managing our three key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In), and analysing performance metrics to optimise our online presence.
This volunteer role offers a great deal of foundational not for profit marketing experience, the creative space to work autonomously, but also within a dynamic, purpose driven team. The domestic violence problem in Australia requires a whole of society solution - join our team and be part of that solution. We are a small charity organisation and we are looking for that special volunteer with a love and talent for social media to raise public awareness and our profile.
