Our Support Coordinators are specialists in working with individuals with MS and other neurological conditions to navigate the NDIS Environment, roll out NDIS plans, connect with a variety of support services and guide them through reviews. This, in turn, will allow individuals to increase their independence, social and economic participation and build their capacity to actively take part in the community. 

About you

To join our team in Blackburn as a Support Coordinator, a Certificate III in Disability Services or a similar qualification would be desirable but not essential. Experience working in the Disability or Health Sector or relevant filed would be preferred.

This role is based from our Blackburn office and If successful, you will need to:

  • Complete a National Police Check (and possibly an International Police Check);
  • Full vaccination against Covid-19;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check;
  • Provide a Working with Children's Check or vulnerable people check if applicable;
  • Complete a Disability Workers Exclusion Check and
  • Have a valid drivers license

We provide evidence-based advice, information, education, employment support, and around the clock support through our residential care services, as well as contributing funds to MS research.
