Responsibilities 

This 12-month contract position will be pivotal in optimising our engagement strategies to provide MSF Australia and New Zealand supporters with an exceptional experience.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will assist in the implementation and utilisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud while managing the end-to-end journey of our supports and stakeholders. Your goal will be to deliver personalised and impactful communications that deepen their engagement with our organisation.

Responsibilities include the design and implementation of automated marketing campaigns; develop personalised donor journeys across various digital channels; project management; monitor campaign performance and analyse metrics; implement best practice in data management; serving as the SME for Supporter Experience projects; compliance with privacy regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective segmentation strategies.

This integral role will support MSFA’s overall goals by driving efficient and impactful marketing initiatives that align with fundraising and communication goals and recruiting Internationally Mobile Staff to support our patients directly.

Requirements 

To thrive in this accountable position, you will be recognised for your expertise in creating seamless integrations between marketing automation platforms and systems, as well as your proven track record of successfully delivering projects. Ideally you will enjoy a collaborative work style, have a strategic vision and can demonstrate the following:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and min 3 years digital marketing experience preferably in not-for-profits.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in an administrative capacity, and working knowledge of journey builder and email studio.
  • Technical skills – CRM integration, data management, email marketing, SQL and Query activities.
  • Analytical skills – data analysis and reporting, defining and tracking metrics.
  • Creative skills – content creation, copywriting, basic graphic design.
  • Strategic skills – campaign strategy, customer journey mapping and lead nurturing.
  • Excellent project management experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively convey ideas and present campaign results.
