MSI Reproductive Choices is a global leader in sexual and reproductive health, providing contraception and safe abortion services in 36 countries. MSI Asia Pacific (MSIAP) drives public engagement, fundraising, and advocacy to support MSI’s mission of 'children by choice, not chance.' We work closely with government and private donors to expand access to essential healthcare and advocate for reproductive rights.

We are seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to take on the role of Executive Officer. Reporting to the MSIAP Board and MSI Global Leadership, this role oversees grant management, fundraising, compliance, and advocacy efforts. You will drive growth in institutional and private fundraising, ensure strong governance, and represent MSIAP to key stakeholders, including donors and government bodies. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional relationship-building skills, regional experience, and a passion for reproductive rights.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading teams, managing complex donor-funded programs, and driving high-level fundraising strategies. International development experience, knowledge of and engagement with DFAT, and expertise in sexual and reproductive health are highly desirable.

You will have a relevant degree (MPH,MA,MBA desirable) or equivalent professional experience.
