We are an awesome team (if we do say so ourselves) who are incredibly passionate about what we do, love to do it well, and have a lot of fun doing it. We're also slightly addicted to Menulog.

We run a small but growing, busy disability support organisation in Springwood. We work hard, we rise to challenges, we are solution oriented, and we love to achieve outcomes for our participants, our support workers, our organisation and ourselves.

We are seeking an experienced Admin/PA to become an integral part of our smooth-running operation.

You will be:

  • Highly efficient, with a strong work ethic and ability to achieve outcomes
  • Effective, highly organised, with outstanding verbal/written communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a close, communicative team
  • Able to laugh and not take yourself too seriously

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Administration and PA support to CEO
  • Liaising with support workers and clients
  • Onboarding and exiting support workers and clients
  • Maintaining records on AlayaCare
  • General office housekeeping
