About the Role

We are looking for an inspiring Director, Child and Maternal Health to lead groundbreaking policy development and program innovation.

This role is for a passionate leader who thrives on creating impact, working alongside communities, and shaping a 10-year Maternal and Child Health Plan. If you're ready to challenge the status quo, collaborate with key stakeholders, and be a catalyst for meaningful health improvements, this role is for you!

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities or a deep understanding of the community-controlled sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, inspiring those around you.
• Proven ability to develop and implement impactful policies and programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and advocacy abilities.
• Powerful written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and push boundaries for better outcomes.
• A tertiary qualification in health or a related field. (desirable)
• Experience in a senior policy or program role within the health sector. (desirable)
