The National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) is the national peak body representing 146 Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs), which provide comprehensive primary health care to more than half of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples nationally.

The Position – ICT Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ICT Director to lead NACCHO’s digital transformation. You will be responsible for managing and advancing our ICT function, ensuring seamless technological support and innovation across our organisation. Based in Canberra, this role offers the chance to work on impactful projects that strengthen the health services provided to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or five years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power BI.
• Experience in provider/contract management and continuous maintenance of Microsoft 365 systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Proven ability to manage ICT projects and drive digital transformation.
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is highly desirable.
