The National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) is the national peak body for 146 Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs). Together, we deliver community-led healthcare to over half of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across Australia.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead the design, delivery and implementation of NACCHO’s suicide prevention program, Culture Care Connect, and other key mental health initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and rollout of community-driven mental health and suicide prevention programs
• Guide and support project officers, and oversee grants management
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with ACCHOs, government, and other stakeholders
• Provide secretariat support and high-level advice on complex and sensitive issues
• Develop high-quality communication materials, reports and briefings

You bring:

• Demonstrated experience in program management and stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and community health
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (desirable)
