About Nadrasca

Nadrasca is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee providing services to people with a disability and is a Registered NDIS Provider.

Nadrasca joined with Brite in April 2025 to form cape group, a newly formed brand resulting from the merger of the two NDIS registered providers with a combined 120 years in operation across the eastern and northern suburbs.

Together, we provide a range of services for people with disability, including home and living supports, social and community participation activities, youth employment assistance, supported employment, and NDIS support coordination.

The Position

We are thrilled to introduce a newly created role within our People & Culture team: the Learning and Development Coordinator.

This role is a functional role, responsible for a range of L&D and HR functions providing overall coordination, advice and support for learning and development strategies and activities, including implementing initiatives that positions us as an employer of choice for improved outcomes for people with disabilities.

The position is accountable and reports to the General Manager People and Culture for the efficient, safe and effective delivery of a range of tasks within predetermined budget, quality, and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning and Development: Coordinate with the People and Culture Coordinator to develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development framework, including capturing staff training needs and establishing an annual professional development calendar.
  • Learning Systems Co-ordination: Maintain and ensure compliance of employee data in the LMS Go1, while developing a training matrix and providing staff support and reports.
  • Records, Policies, Procedures and Reporting: Maintain and update all relevant policies, procedures, and forms, while systematically managing and coordinating required reports.
  • Culture - Support and advise mangers and staff with building a positive and high performing culture with values of collaborative, exciting, impactful, and empowering.
  • Employee Relations - Assist the People and Culture Team with staff surveys and forums, while advising and supporting Trainee development and training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or similar (Required)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116/ TAE40122 (Preferred)
  • Experience obtained from working with Learning Management Systems (Required)
  • Experience in the disability sector (Desired)
  • Intermediate/ Advanced computer skills in MS Excel and Word. Experience working with/ administration of HR Databases and HR Information System (Preferred)

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and the ability to build relationships across all levels and with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively, work autonomously and within a team, exercise sensitivity and confidentiality, and be flexible and self-motivated.
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills, and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
