We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our National Campaigns and Organising Team as a Digital Communications and Organising Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our digital presence, driving innovative campaigns, and mobilising our community.

This is a diverse role that will see you:

• Develop and implement compelling digital content across various platforms to support campaign and organising activities.
• Maintain and enhance our online presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with our audience.
• Utilise social media platforms to amplify our advocacy efforts and mobilise supporters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital strategies into broader campaign initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse digital metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts and identify areas for improvement.

We are looking fo a person who can bring the following skills to our team:

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing or digital media, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communications strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Passion for social justice issues and a commitment to advancing the interests of workers in the tertiary education sector.

Location and Benefits:

This full-time position is based in our South Melbourne office. Salary will be in the range of NTEU Level 6 or 7 ($105,372 - $132,018), depending on skills and experience, plus 17% employer superannuation.
