Nature Baby is an innovative New Zealand retail brand selling natural and organic baby products sought after both locally and around the globe. We are excited to be hiring for an Assistant Manager for our flagship Australian store and community space in Paddington, Sydney.

Our stores are warm, calm environments bringing together the best for baby, naturally. We're passionate about building strong lasting relationships by going the extra mile for customers and ensuring that our staff have the best product knowledge.

We're looking for an experienced full time Assistant Store Manager for our Paddington store. If you're motivated and have a passion for creating amazing customer experiences as well as leading and inspiring a sales team, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Authentic passion for organic and ethical products and inspiring others to do the same
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a sales environment, and demonstrable sales skills
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service role
  • Ideally: experience in a leadership/management role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist all customers and provide exceptional customer service when working on the shop floor
  • Build customer relationships, connecting to our community
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store displays and represent the brand
  • Oversee daily store operations, supervising a small, dynamic team
  • Work with the team to meet sales KPIs
  • Stock management
  • Assist the store manager with leading and inspiring the team to reach our goals
