An opportunity has become available for a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join the Nepean Pharmacy team on a Permanent Full Time basis. The Nepean Pharmacy Department provides a comprehensive pharmacy service to patients during their admission to hospital and for those attending outpatient clinics. The dedicated pharmacy team work collaboratively to provide medications in a safe and timely manner with a focus on patient-centred care.
Within this Pharmaceutical role you will be responsible to the Director of Pharmacy for the provision of a safe, efficient and effective distribution of pharmaceuticals to wards and departments and providing assistance in the preparation of manufactured sterile and non-sterile products and dispensing of prescriptions and associated clerical duties. Key to your success is effectively communicate with fellow workers and hospital staff and willingness to work co-operatively in a team manner.
