NBMLHD Community Mental Health offers a range of specialised services for children, young people, families and older people, through our community-based services and health centres. Our multidisciplinary health professionals and case managers take a collaborative approach to mental health care by linking with their patients to work together and consult within an environment appropriate to the person's needs.
An exciting Permanent Full Time opportunity has opened up within the Blue Mountains Access Health Team as the Team Leader. The Team Leader is required to possess expert level clinical skills which can be applied to novel, complex and critical situations, advanced professional knowledge, and will provide clinical leadership to ensure high standards of consumer care and the delivery of evidence-based, strengths-based assessment and interventions within the multi-disciplinary team.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of evidence-based assessments and interventions for people experiencing mental illness that require acute community mental health services across the Blue Mountains and Lithgow region.
