An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Lithgow Hospital's Telephonist Casual pool. This position is required to provide telephonist, clerical, and administrative support for all Departments and wards of Lithgow Health Service 24 hours per day.
Key duties will include provision of a customer focused service to the community by answering all incoming calls for services and departments. The Telephonist is pivotal in the management of emergency calls and responses.
The team also manage all communication via the paging system. Key to your success is the ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a team in order to meet the business needs of the Health Service.
