- Able to demonstrate problem solving and prioritisation skills in a work environment
- Be able to meet the physical demands of the position as listed in the physical requirements in the position description
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate a reasonable understanding of Work Health and Safety
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment. Willingness to use for work purposes and may include driving long distances across the LHD.
- Previous experience as a wardperson would be an advantage
- Previous experience in the care of patients / clients
