• Classification: Registered Nurse Level 3 with salary range of $121,247 - $127,866 per annum + Superannuation or Health Professional Level 3 with a salary range of $110,418 - $125,555 per annum + Superannuation

About your new role

As the Clinical Lead you will lead a team of clinicians who provide clinical assessments, risk assessments and collaborative care planning and facilitate access to appropriate clinical and community services.

Additionally, you will work to provide clinical supervision and guidance, service coordination, planning, implementation, and problem solving to the multidisciplinary team that deliver intake, triage and brief intervention services for individuals attending the HTH Centre.

As a member of the leadership team you will foster strategic partnerships within the community and have a key role in service development, evaluation, and improvement.

The role involves shift work, which includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

What you will bring to the role

• The Clinical Lead will be expected to be a Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency essential, or a Social Worker with eligibility to register with the Australian Association of Social Work
• Experience working in cross cultural settings, especially with first nations people
• Experience working within a recovery-oriented service
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy and written communication skills

• Formal tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
• Current full registration as a Registered Nurse with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) essential or
• Current full registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse with annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) essential, or full registration as a Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) > or be eligible to hold membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
