For all people in Australia living with mental health and wellbeing challenges to live a life that is meaningful to them.
As the Clinical Lead you will lead a team of clinicians who provide clinical assessments, risk assessments and collaborative care planning and facilitate access to appropriate clinical and community services.
Additionally, you will work to provide clinical supervision and guidance, service coordination, planning, implementation, and problem solving to the multidisciplinary team that deliver intake, triage and brief intervention services for individuals attending the HTH Centre.
As a member of the leadership team you will foster strategic partnerships within the community and have a key role in service development, evaluation, and improvement.
The role involves shift work, which includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
