About the Role

The General Manager Service Development is a senior leadership position supporting business development, research and service evaluation, consumer participation, health promotion, learning and development. The position has strategic responsibility for development of all areas within the portfolio.

  • Full-time, Ongoing role based in Head Office, Rosanna
  • Fully maintained car and mobile phone
  • Generous relocation package will be available if the successful  candidate is moving from interstate
  • Ensure quality service provision to consumers nation wide

The Learning and Development team currently sits within the responsibility of this position but a review is being undertaken to determine the best alignment within the organisational structure. The function may remain with Service Development or shift to another area.

  • Demonstrated senior leadership skills and experience within a complex health or community services environment
  • A clear understanding of contemporary recovery-orientated mental health services in a NGO setting
  • Sophisticated understanding of external landscape and of public policy in mental health services
  • Excellent leadership qualities with a high value on ethics and integrity
  • Experience in leading partnership development both within and external to Neami
