• Classification: Health Professional Level 4 with a salary range of $123,974 - $143,813 per annum + Superannuation

About your new role

The Clinical Service Manager (CSM) will ensure the Southern Wellbeing Hub provides safe and effective, immediate, and short to medium term responses to people experiencing severe and/or complex mental health issues. As the CSM you will initiate, lead, and coordinate strategic partnerships within the community, including Area Mental Health Services, Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services, local government, community housing, and health and welfare providers, to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for consumers. In collaboration with partners, staff, and consumers, the CSM will identify service gaps in the local community and develop appropriate models of service delivery to address these gaps.

What you will bring to the role

• Experience working in cross cultural settings, especially with first nations people
• Experience working within a recovery-oriented service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy and written communication skills.
• Formal tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
• Current full registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) essential, or full registration as a Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
