We support individuals living with mental health challenges to achieve outcomes they value.
"We're big believers in everyone having the opportunity to live a full life - and we give our all to support people to achieve wellbeing and mental health outcomes that matter to them.
For some people, this means having a stronger sense of self. For others, it may mean nurturing relationships or building the confidence to tackle tomorrow. Everyone has different life goals, and at Neami, we walk alongside people to help improve their quality of life on their terms.
We're proud to support 38,000 people living with mental health challenges across Australia and offer more than 70 services, over 45 different Indigenous lands. These services include mental health and wellbeing, housing and homelessness, and suicide prevention."
The Service Manager provides service delivery leadership and program management of the Head to Health Satellite Service. The Service Manager leads and partners with the Port Pirie team and wider stakeholders in ongoing evaluation and reviewing performance to achieve high quality service provision, outcomes, and integrate services into the local service system. Through high quality reporting standards, the Service Manager is responsible for managing guest flow, data capture and reporting, contract management, and governance.
The Head to Health Satellite service offers a transdisciplinary approach to supporting people. A lived experience and clinical workforce collaborate to come alongside guests and make sense of what is important in responding to needs and connecting in the community. To hold to fidelity of the Neami Head to Health model, the Service Manager plays a central role in facilitating a culture, environment, and service that fosters shared understanding, a commitment to learning, and new ways of exploring and offering support with people.
