Are you passionate about supporting others, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Intake Support Officer to support our Operations Team and build our operational processes through efficient systems.

  • Hours: Part-time, 8:30am - 2:30pm Monday-Friday
  • Contract: 2 years fixed term

The Intake Support Officer (ISO) manages the intake process, reception, and general office environment, while providing essential administrative and operational support. The ISO maintains and enters referrals in the CRM, ensuring Service delivery efficiencies. Additionally, the ISO supports Court Network service operations by managing administrative tasks, CRM records, and service information, while also assisting the Victorian State Manager and Executive Director with administration needs.

Court Network is a leading organisation dedicated to providing a team of volunteers who offer non-legal support and assistance to individuals navigating the justice system. Our role is to empower and increase the confidence of court users in managing the requirements of the courts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the entire intake process, including referrals, user support, data maintenance, and collaboration to ensure professional, efficient, and well-documented service delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage office operations, including consumables, equipment, WH&S, facilities, and administrative support, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace across all CN sites.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operations, including assisting with audits, managing communications, maintaining records, and supporting training, meetings, and events.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit or community services organisation.
  • Experience working with volunteers.
  • Highly developed skills in processes and manging data and information in a Customer Relationship Management system
  • Attention to detail and consistency in producing high-quality documents.
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Highly motivated
