About the Role:
In this senior position, you will manage the end-to-end service implementation, day-to-day operations, and team leadership. With a focus on high-quality service delivery and strong stakeholder engagement, your efforts will ensure vulnerable individuals across Victoria and interstate receive the crucial support they need.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Program Rollouts: Spearhead the national rollout of the Family Court Support Telephone Service, overseeing operations and ensuring successful execution.
- Drive Program Excellence: Ensure the program meets key outcomes, with a focus on service quality and operational efficiency.
- Inspire and Manage Teams: Lead, develop, and motivate staff and volunteers to achieve daily targets while maintaining high standards of performance.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Monitor and Evaluate: Lead the program’s evaluation framework, ensuring continuous improvement and the achievement of strategic goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully leading teams and influencing staff and volunteers to meet program goals.
- Experience in Program/Project Management: At least 3 years of experience in program or project management, particularly in service start-ups or similar roles.
- Volunteer Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of best practices in volunteer engagement and management.
- People Management Skills: Experience in managing conflict and having difficult conversations to foster a high-performing team.
- Social Justice Commitment: A deep understanding of the systemic barriers faced by marginalised groups, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and high-quality program documentation.
- Highly Organised: Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.
