We’re seeking 2 dedicated and detail-oriented Supporter Services Representatives to join our team and contribute to the success of our individual giving programs.

Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA) is a leading independent medical research institute whose vision is to prevent and cure disease and disability of the brain and nervous system through leadership, excellence and innovation in neuroscience research. NeuRA has world-class research facilities and is based at Randwick in Sydney.

Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, our Supporter Services Representatives will provide excellent service to our supporters, as well as processing donations and responding to phone, mail and email enquiries.

Utilising your excellent customer service and administration skills you'll:

• Be the first point of contact for supporters and prospective supporters by promptly responding to enquiries
• Manage incoming mail, data-entry, banking and receipting
• Working with Fundraising and Finance staff, ensure all weekly and monthly financial reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Use your experience to continuously review our admin processes and use the technologies available to optimise the donor experience

Key Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you'll have great administration, communication and interpersonal skills as well as:

• Experience using a CRM, preferably RE/NXT
• Customer/supporter service experience
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Demonstrated experience in working effectively in a team
• A proven commitment to delivering excellent customer/supporter service
• Great telephone manner and ability to respond to enquiries over the phone and in writing
