As the Quality Officer (Accreditation & Standards Champion) you will drive the organisation’s commitment to service excellence by managing adherence to our external accreditation and standards.

​This is a Full-Time role based at North Ryde head-office reporting to the Compliance & Audit Lead.

Some of what you’ll be championing

  • ​Understand, interpret and drive compliance with accreditation and standards related to NDIS , home care & mental health.
  • Enhance and monitor frameworks to support teams in upholding their responsibilities to relevant accreditations and standards
  • Stay across changes in law and regulations and act and advise management of any impact on organisational policy & procedures.
  • Coordinate and prepare the organisation for external audits involving the appropriate management and staff
  • Create and maintain a calendar of external audit and compliance activities including relevant licensing and accreditation deadlines.

Your ticket to play

  • Experience of accreditation standards and principles of care in the human services sector.
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or significant knowledge and experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal & written communication abilities with proficiency in crafting clear, concise reports for intended audience
  • The ability to liaise, negotiate influence and problem solve with a range of internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing expert advice and recommendations at a senior level (desirable).
