Waratah provides free services to individuals, families and communities across the South- West region who are impacted by domestic violence and/or sexual abuse/assault. Our services include adult and children’s trauma-informed counselling, court support, advocacy, community education and prevention work and therapeutic group work.

The CEO role is the Senior Leadership role for Waratah, key outcomes of CEO role include:
Waratah’s new CEO will be a respected, inspiring and innovative leader who embraces our values and demonstrates exceptional communication skills in all forums and environments.
You will have senior leadership experience within a not-for profit or community services organisation and have experience or a strong understanding of Family Violence/Domestic Violence organisations. You will also need achievements in implementing strategic plans, engaging stakeholders and financial management and leading a diverse organisation.
You will also need to live in or near Bunbury or be open to relocate to Bunbury a truly wonderful city.
