Gladstone Community Linking Agency (GCLA) is a local not-for-profit organisation, proudly serving the Gladstone community since 1977. They are an approved NDIS and My Aged Care provider, offering personalised services to support seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Working closely with clients to provide care, support and achieve their personal goals, GCLA’s services include personal care, social support, respite services, age care support, domestic assistance, community support, employment opportunities, short-term accommodation and supported independent living.
Reporting to and working in partnership with the board, you will lead GCLA in its next critical phase of growth as they expand throughout Central Queensland. You will drive operational delivery of the current strategic plan as well as influencing strategy to ensure
GCLA’s ongoing sustainability and continued achievement of its vision and purpose.
Your focus will be to nurture and enhance relationships with current and potential clients, the community, government departments and regulatory bodies. Additionally you will:
You are an authentic, inspiring and mentoring leader with experience leading a like-minded community driven organisation, ideally within human services in the aged care, disability or other highly legislated sector.
You have a successful track record in developing and implementing strategy and your leadership, commercial acumen and operational skills are at the core of your success in delivering organisational growth, influence, governance and financial sustainability.
