Action on Disability within Ethnic Communities (ADEC) is a Victorian organisation that has been providing people from diverse cultural backgrounds, their families and carers with equal access to high quality disability and aged care services for over forty years.

Reporting directly and working collaboratively with the board, and with strategic organisational goals in mind, you will provide progressive leadership to the senior management team including the provision of operational and financial control.
There will be a specific focus on growth through identifying and developing new program and funding partnerships whilst establishing and strengthening current key stakeholder relationships across community, government, philanthropy, media and industry sector partnerships. You will drive brand awareness and continue to shape internal prosperous cultural foundations that meet the organisation’s philosophy and mission.
Additionally you will also:
You have executive management experience ideally in either aged care, disability, community or health care and a true commitment to advocating for the lives of marginalised and disadvantaged communities. You bring an understanding of the mechanisms of government policy and funding to drive change.
Your inspired leadership combined with demonstrated experience to successfully oversee operations across finance, governance, management, funding negotiation, program partnerships and delivery and reporting into a board are vital to your success.
