The Australian Communications Consumer Action Network (ACCAN) is Australia’s peak national consumer advocacy organisation for communications working to achieve trusted, accessible, inclusive, affordable and available communications and digital services for all Australians.

Over the next three years, ACCAN has an opportunity to consolidate its achievements, cementing its place as a trusted, influential national leader in consumer communications issues, encompassing communications and digital services and evidence-based solutions.
Reporting to the CEO, this newly created position will facilitate the streamlining and effective management of the organisation’s administrative requirements, as well as providing comprehensive support to the CEO and executive team. The role will ensure the smooth operation of ACCAN’s daily activities, and your responsibilities include:
You are currently in a similar office manager or executive assistant role, ideally developed within a membership, community or non-profit organisation. You have the ability to undertake a broad range of duties and work with a high level of self-direction. To succeed in this role, you will be outcomes driven, energetic and empathetic.
