The Front Project (TFP) is an independent, national enterprise addressing disadvantage and improving outcomes for children and society by realising the benefits of quality early childhood education. TFP works collaboratively, with systems change framework to improve early education access, experiences and outcomes for children and families across Australia.

Reporting to the Lead for Research, Policy, and Government Relations, you will lead in analysing evidence and supporting resources needed to achieve a positive and sustained difference to the early childhood education system; with responsibility for researching and analysing key issues and applying this research to policy issues, preparing resources to communicate this work.
You will also play a key role in implementing the whole-of-organisation monitoring, evaluation and learning strategy to support The Front Project in collecting and analysing data to showcase impact and progress against organisational strategic imperatives.

You have experience in a similar or related policy position where you have analysed policy issues, ideally within a public policy setting or in the not-for-profit sector.
