About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a "Service Delivery Manager" to join our amazing Nightlife team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we meet our vision, deliver the highest standard of services and help achieve our strategic goals. This role oversees a dynamic service delivery and rostering team, and works with a broad range of stakeholders, service users, staff and families.

We are seeking someone with a strong passion for being the best, who wants to join a rights-based and celebrated organisation. Your knowledge of the NDIS, and delivery of in-home community supports will be highly valued by our mobile staff team who deliver high intensity complex supports to people in their own homes. Nightlife is proud to be a registered organisation, and your knowledge of the Quality Standards and track record of helping services exceed these will be highly regarded. The Service Delivery Manager will partner with others to embed our model of care, and is responsible for driving growth and inspiring our future vision.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLe

  • Qualification in Disability or relevant health discipline and Management / Business is highly desirable and /or
  • A minimum of 5 years’ /significant experience in leading service delivery, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs and a proven track record of effective service delivery.
  • Experience in assessment and management of clinical and staffing risks and the delivery of complex care
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in leadership of high performing teams, managing best practice and overseeing day-to-day operations and quality care standards.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an awareness of NDIS / fee for service operating environments and business implications
  • Strategic mindset and goal orientation, with experience in supporting growth.
  • Great communication and experienced in developing and supporting relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring collaborative partnerships and effective service coordination.

To be eligible for this role the incumbent must have currency in the following:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Current Drivers License
