Key areas of focus will include:

• Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements
• Provide Salesforce solutions to meet business needs including design, configuration testing activities, and implementation
• Create system documentation including functional requirements, business process requirements
• Manage all system user tasks including new user setups, user security, user termination and ongoing user support
• Daily administration and support of Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles and roles, customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
• Work closely with NobleCX customers to capture, discuss and design new Salesforce.com enhancements
• Develop processes to maintain data, develop dashboards, reporting and campaigns to measure performance
• Generate reports to identify and resolve data issues, perform clean-up procedures
• Perform all job responsibilities with the highest degree of professionalism, dedication, and a strong focus on customer service
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to NobleCX customers
• You’ll be agile, responsive and bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Track and report project status to clients and internal management team.

This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Certification in Salesforce.com Administrator is required
• 2+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience writing requirements, process documents, report generation, user documentation
• Experience providing customer support is essential
• Industry knowledge in non-profit sector in Australia
