- Position Remuneration: Level 3.1 ($75,709 base annual salary) / ($85,936 total remuneration package which is based on a permanent full-time employee and inclusive of 12% employer superannuation and 17.5% leave loading).
About You
To undertake this position, you will have experience managing relationships and partnerships network.
Furthermore, you will possess strong presentation skills and excellent public speaking skills.
The position's focus will be:
- Establish and maintain positive and productive partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, fitness providers and volunteers to identify, foster and deliver high quality program activities that contribute to client goals.
- Liaise with consumers and stakeholders to gather feedback on provided services and utilise and share information to ensure the quality of Noosa Seniors service delivery and areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage volunteer database including sourcing and onboarding new volunteers.
- Manage events onsite and in community.
- Promote Noosa Seniors both internally and externally via methods agreed upon with line manager and in line with Noosa Seniors communications and marketing plan.
- Collaborate with both health and community networks to grow and develop strong relationships for referral networks.
- Ensure the delivery of activities facilitated by internal and external providers on behalf of Noosa Seniors are delivered in line with industry standards and CHSP requirements.
- Liaise with line manager on any complex client, contractor and volunteer issues requiring escalation.
- Such other relevant duties as required from time to time which would generally fall within the scope of the position.
