Join us as our new Project Officer, Mental Health Services Commissioning where you will support the stakeholder engagement and monitoring of commissioned stepped-care mental health services with a focus on CAREinMIND providers. The role will provide project and program support to the Commissioning Lead, Mental Health Services, and will work as part of a team to ensure the delivery of responsive and integrated primary mental health commissioned services.

- improving coordination of care to ensure people receive the right care in the right place, at the right time
About the role
A typical week may include:
- Provide effective project management to support mental health programs with commissioned service providers.
- Support data analysis activities to inform quality improvement initiatives strategic planning and reporting
- Ensure efficient and effective contract management, and monitor service providers adherence to performance indicatorSchedule engagement with internal and external stakeholders of projects and programs, as secretariat, and provide timely and accurate documentation, including meeting papers, to support Mental Health service delivery by commissioned service providersSupport the development and implementation of business processes to streamline the contract management of Mental HealthService providers to drive quality improvement
- Provide clear and timely information and reporting on commissioned services programs, including program logics, project plans, communication and engagement plans and risks and issues registers.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Qualifications in a health, allied health, social science, or a related field pertinent to the position, preferably accompanied by project management qualifications and/or experience.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively supporting multi-stakeholder projects or programs, with a specific emphasis on working in clinical mental healthcare delivery.
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a self-managed team environment, demonstrating an agile and fast-paced mindset to achieve project milestones.
- Strong written communication skills, that include developing professional internal and external communications and reports.
