No to Violence is Australia’s peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men’s use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

NTV is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual that is passionate about social justice and ending male family violence in collaboration with community and sector stakeholders. The National Manager, Practice Leadership & Innovation will report to the Head of Workforce & Sector Development and oversee our National Sector Development team. The successful candidate will ensure that evidence-based contemporary best practice is collected, translated, reviewed, and disseminated in alignment with NTV’s strategic vision, to improve practices and outcomes across the sector.
