Novita provides early intervention, rehabilitation, therapy, assistive technology, and disability services to more than 5,000 people living with disability, as well as support for their families and carers. Our primary purpose is to enable kids, young people and adults living with disability, and their families, to participate in the community to their full potential.
Our partnership with Flinders University’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences provides a new opportunity to innovate and lead student placements and programs in the area of disability services.
The Practice Lead Student Placements and Programs oversees the development and delivery of student placement and practice-based learning. The incumbent will cooperate with various partners within the landscape of allied health placement and practice-based learning to ensure student placement programs are focused on quality outcomes for clients and students.
This is a full-time role offered on a two-year fixed term basis, located in our modern office at Hindmarsh.

We take safeguarding our clients seriously. As such, you must be able to provide evidence that you have received three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine (or hold a valid exemption). If you don’t already hold a current NDIS Worker Check and DHS Working with Children Check, we’ll let you know how to obtain these prior to starting work with us.
Your remuneration will be aligned with your skills and experience. Additionally, you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum, decreasing your taxable income and increasing your take-home pay. Further salary-packaging benefits are available, including meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, novated vehicle leasing, and additional superannuation contributions.
