About our Finance Manager role…

Are you someone who wants to help others and provide access to justice for those who might otherwise miss out? This role will:

  • Oversee and lead the finance team to ensure appropriate financial management and compliance is maintained across our organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team and others to promote strong financial management across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain financial systems, incorporating digitisation and automation to produce and maintain functional efficiency across all related areas.

What an average day might look like…

  • Oversee accounts payable, payroll, banking, cashflow, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, risk management and internal controls, and finance related policy/procedures.
  • Preparation and provision of comprehensive financial reports.
  • Preparation and analysis of management reports, budgets, forecasts and financial scenarios.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and related statutory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and general guidance to finance staff.
