About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic CRM Administrator and Analyst to manage the Federation’s iMIS database and RiSE website. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, technical support, and data integrity of our CRM systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in customising the system, providing training, and delivering technical solutions to meet organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the iMIS database and RiSE websites.
  • Provide high-level support and analysis to staff using the systems.
  • Coordinate CRM integration with other business systems (e.g., marketing automation, customer service platforms).
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Power BI analytics.
  • Oversee system health, data cleansing, and security updates.
  • Troubleshoot database and system issues using SQL.
  • Collaborate with all sections of the organisation to support strategic and operational goals.
  • Support the development and customisation of workflows, layouts, and fields to meet organisational needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL database administration (preferably iMIS).
  • Experience working with membership organisations, ideally unions.
  • Strong technical skills in database management, website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and integration with other systems.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, data models, and CRM architecture.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, multitask, and prioritise in a busy environment.

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in database management or related fields.
  • Experience with Power BI and data visualisation tools.
  • Positive attitude towards unionism and a commitment to ethical standards.
