The Territory Rivers - Keep ‘Em Flowing campaign is a collaborative initiative supported by the Pew Charitable Trusts and the Environment Centre Northern Territory (ECNT) that aims to secure better outcomes for people and nature along the iconic rivers of the Northern Territory.
The campaign aims to build public and political support for further safeguards, increased investment and a durable long term plan for healthy Territory Rivers. This role is focused on supporting communities to secure the long-term health of Northern Territory rivers, particularly raising the profile of key threats, better development opportunities and protecting wildlife that rely on these rivers and floodplains.
The Community Campaigner will be responsible for leading engagement with the community, to build public awareness and support for further measures to support communities and healthy rivers, and for supporting engagement with key stakeholders and policy makers.

The Territory Rivers Campaigner is a contract position reporting to the Northern Territory Manager, Pew Charitable Trusts. The successful applicant will be part of a collaborative team which includes the Campaign Manager, Communications Officer, campaign partners, Deputy Director and other team members as needed.
