Working remotely from Melbourne or our beautiful national base in Tharwa, this role is a rare and exciting opportunity to make a difference. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Marketing, you will play an essential role in ensuring that Outward Bound Australia's schools and participants are supported through from their enrolment to conclusion of program.

Be A Client Manager at Outward Bound Australia

We are looking for a Client Manager to join our team. The right person will:

• Actively generate new business for open enrolment programs through alumni relations, community partnerships, advertising and marketing opportunities;
• Develop relationships with schools, community organisations and corporate businesses and support participants attending Outward Bound programs;
• Manage the full enrolment process for schools and community programs, including all pre-program communication with participants and parents, completion of enrolment forms, invoicing, reviewing medical forms and medical clearances and participant travel arrangements;
• Work closely with the schools leadership teams to leverage media and public relations coverage if applicable; and
• Maintain participant and alumni records.
