We are building an inspirational field crew – for 2022 and beyond – contract and casual. Positions will be based from Tharwa, ACT, with the opportunity to travel to our multiple sites across Australia.
As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for your team of participants while out on expedition (day and night). Bring your Outdoor Leadership Cert IV or degree and Wilderness First Aid and we will help you to take your professional development to the next level. International applications are welcome, working visas must already be secured.
Group Leaders at Outward Bound Australia earn a full-time equivalent salary of between $46,000 and $58,000 per year plus 10% superannuation.
