The dedicated skills-based Board works closely with the enthusiastic and progressive CEO and executive team to ensure their vision for the organisation is realised within a structure of governance and leadership, robust strategic planning, sound economic management and the highest standards of client safety and quality.
Several opportunities exist for non-executive directors with skills and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Qualified professionals (AICD or Chartered Accountant) with relevant discipline, expertise and strategic governance experience relating to large, complex, and highly regulated entities would be highly regarded.
Experience in a similarly diverse, regionally based, community-facing, values led NFP, with an interest in the challenges and opportunities presenting for the disability and employment sectors, would be ideal.
Lived experience of disability would be advantageous.
An expectation of any shortlisted candidates is a genuine affinity with the purpose, vision, and values of Omnia Inclusive complemented by advanced emotional intelligence, courage and commercial acumen.
Successful applicants will be required to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening check, complete a fit and proper person declaration and provide their Director Identification number.
Directors receive per diem payments for attendance at meetings. Location of Directors is flexible.
