About the role 

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team in providing exceptional care to a range of clients at our renowned Stafford Day Centre.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with families and other stakeholders.
• A calm and composed presence, especially in high-stress situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Ability to engage in a variety of manual handling tasks.
• Experience in providing exceptional personal care.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Willingness to obtain or already have obtained NDIS Blue and Yellow Cards.
